Terms of Service

These terms cover Ward, the account and sign-in service for DeltaVDevs sites, run by DeltaVDevs, the independent developer publishing as DeltaVortex. To create a Ward account, you must agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. Each site you sign into with Ward may have its own terms as well, and those apply when you use that site. Your account

You must be at least 13, or older if the law where you live requires it. If local law requires a parent or guardian's permission, get it first. One person, one account: don't impersonate anyone, and use only email addresses and sign-in providers that are yours.

Keep your password, authenticator and recovery codes safe. You're responsible for what happens through your account. If you think someone else has access, change your password, sign out other browsers from your account page, and contact us. If you lose every way to sign in, including your password, linked providers and 2FA recovery codes, we may not be able to restore your account.

Signing into sites

Ward lets you sign into DeltaVDevs sites and share the profile details you choose. Signing into a site with Ward doesn't give you any particular rights on that site. Each site decides what you can do there, and may restrict your access under its own rules. You can disconnect a site from your account page at any time.

Acceptable use

Don't:

• try to get into accounts that aren't yours;
• guess passwords or codes, or test stolen credentials;
• get around rate limits or security checks;
• probe for vulnerabilities outside responsible disclosure;
• create accounts in bulk or by automation;
• use Ward to harass, defraud or impersonate anyone.

If you find a security issue, report it privately to contact@deltavdevs.com. Please give us a chance to fix it before telling anyone else.

Suspension and ending your account

We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms, puts others or the service at risk, or when the law requires it. A suspended account can't sign into any DeltaVDevs site. To appeal, contact contact@deltavdevs.com. You can delete your account from your account page at any time.

Availability

Ward is provided as is and as available. It may change, pause or have outages, and we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. If Ward is down, you may not be able to sign into sites that depend on it. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties and aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using Ward. Nothing here limits responsibility that the law doesn't allow us to exclude, including your consumer rights.

Changes and disputes

Changes are dated on this page. For material changes, we'll give notice and ask you to agree again where required. Your account records which version you accepted. If something goes wrong, contact contact@deltavdevs.com and we'll try to sort it out. These terms don't require arbitration or take away protections you have under applicable law.
